Hundreds of armed police and troops have arrived and encircled the area. They advised people to avoid this certain area due to further suspicious stuff inventory around the Sydney Opera House.
Reacting to recent situation, Qantas spokeswoman says the flights do not exactly pass over the Sydney's CBD but whole aircraft are being diverted and re-routed away from this are due to sudden high traffic of Police helicopters and aircraft.
Qantas claims the diverted flight route does not affect the flights schedule.
Similar situation happened in Virgin Australia, they also diverted its flights over Sydney's CBD and they claimed no impact for air traffic network as well.
