Boeing Donates Prototype Number Three of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner
11 November 2014. Boeing donated its original prototype of Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner MSN ZA003 code registration N7878X to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, USA.
The aircraft was the flight test aircraft number three, experienced thousand hours of flight during the development and certification of the Dreamliner.

The handover ceremony held on 8 November 2014 involved Boeing employees whose work over whole Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner project.
The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner MSN ZA003 was unique aircraft, the MSN ZA003 was the first flight prototype ever. The MSN ZA003 also conducted the certification program and Dream Tour around the world, visited over 20 countries and seen over 65,000 visitors.
Doug King, President and chief executive of the Museum of Flight said that this revolutionary airplane caps the museum's collection of historic commercial airplanes, it is an great addition to our comprehensive display. The Boeing aircraft began with Boeing 247 in 1932, Boeing 747 in 1969 and now the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Museum of Flight is non-profit and independent museum that has large air and space museum. The collection has more than 160 historically aircraft and spacecraft from Boeing to NASA. The museum has the full-scale NASA Space Shuttle Trainer and Boeing's manufacturing facility. Annually, the museum attracted half-million visitors.
